Great news for miramondo’s King Arthur, for he has been crowned with success at three renowned Design Awards.
With its noble features, this table-bench-combination could win over the jury’s hearts of the Red Dot Design Award, the German Design Award and the Austrian Design Award.
Minimised material – maximum stability
Minimal material use but loads of space – that’s the sustainable motto for this large piece of furniture. It is made of slim, but robust individual elements which, used together, produce a giant table.
A lot of space for everyone
King Arthur offers a lot of space for people who know each other, people who want to get to know each other or people who would like to maintain some distance. The rounded parts can be put together to make different-shaped giant tables. Optional wheelchair spaces can be integrated into the design.
Interchangeability of single parts
Vandalism is a huge problem in public spaces. King Arthur’s single parts are therefore easy to re-order, which spares resources and reduces costs. King Arthur is sent unassembled in order to save cargo space. Assembly is very easy.
Materials in detail
The surfaces are made of HPL, an extremely strong, UV and all-weather-resistant material. It consists of highly compressed, FSC certified cellulose sheets. The side parts are made from hot-dip galvanised, powder-coated steel. The majority of the steel parts are recycled. Wanna find out more about King Arthur? Visit www.miramondo.com.
